What is an outpatient program?
With our outpatient programs for mental health, you’ll have a smooth transition from IOP or PHP treatments. This will help you ease further into your daily life after an intensive mental health treatment.
You can also maintain your regular schedule while receiving personalized care. Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or similar conditions, Emulate Treatment Center is here to help.
Our program is ideal if you don’t require round-the-clock monitoring or medical management. Depending on your specific condition, you need to attend about 10 to 25 hours of therapy per week under the care of our licensed facilitators and counselors.
You’ll receive similar modalities as our PHP and IOP programs, but group sessions would be a large component of your treatment. Still, you’ll enjoy the privacy of one-on-one therapy with our supportive outpatient program.
If you need help with your mental health condition, feel free to contact us at Emulate Treatment Center. Our team is here to help wherever you are in your recovery journey.

Modalities of our mental health outpatient programs
Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT)
CBT is one of our main therapies to help you identify and change negative behaviors and thought patterns. As part of our outpatient program for mental health, CBT is integral in helping you develop positive coping mechanisms.
Dialectal Behavior
Therapy (DBT)
With DBT, we combine the principles of CBT with mindfulness techniques. This is effective in helping you manage distress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. It’s an effective approach for various mental health conditions, especially borderline personality disorder.
Trauma-Informed
Therapy
Trauma-informed therapy is our main approach for clients struggling with emotional and psychological traumas. We will give you a safe and supportive space to help you navigate traumatic experiences and memories.

Individual Therapy
Our one-on-one therapy is a focused approach that gives you personalized attention to discuss your thoughts and feelings. We use this modality to let you have a safe space if you’re not yet comfortable in a group setting.

Group Therapy
We foster a healing group environment where you can share experiences, learn from other clients, and get support from people who are also on the path to recovery. Your fellow clients will be part of your support group, even after our outpatient treatment program.
Family Therapy
We can also work with your entire family to address relationship dynamics that could be contributing to your mental health condition. This way, you’ll have healthier interactions at home, better communication, and more skills to resolve conflicts peacefully.
Interpersonal Therapy
With IPT, we focus on improving your communication skills, social support, and conflict resolution. We also help you identify and process interpersonal issues contributing to your mental health challenges. This is a very effective approach for depression and PTSD.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Through this therapy, we explore your unresolved conflicts and unconscious patterns to increase self-awareness and more insights into your emotions or behaviors. This in-depth approach is effective for clients dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and personality disorders.
